Welcome short program 

"To a more conscious lifestyle in 30 days" !

I'm really glad you joined! Like many of us, we want to live healthier and feel good about our bodies, but we are always in a hurry and it seems that making our diet and lifestyle more conscious is simply an impossible mission.

In fact, it's important to start somewhere, even if it's in tiny steps. What matters is your inner desire and willingness to change something. During this program I will share with you what I have experienced and learned over the years.


It is very important to understand that changes do not happen overnight, although that would be ideal, especially with the fast pace of life.   

Remember that the first change happens already when you have decided that you no longer want to continue with the way of life you have been living and you are really ready to make changes in your soul as well (by changes I do not mean extreme diets, fast results promising food supplements, magic drinks or other tricks).


In summary - you should decide and think clearly for yourself two questions:

1) Starting today do you allow changes to come to you and are you open to them?

2) Are you ready to get out of your comfort zone and take steps to find a "new" self in yourself?

If you answered "yes" to even one of them, I believe that in these 30 days you will take a very big step forward from where you are now.

So, how is the best way to start?


This answer will be different for each person as we are all unique. However certainly some basics or key strategies can be shared that would be a good start on this journey. Of course, there are many topics to cover, but for this short program I have chosen the four main ones that have been the most important topics for many of my clients.

I will share with you four simple steps to take during the program - 1 step each week, for a total of 4 weeks.


I invite you to join the private Facebook group, where I definitely recommend you to come, because it is there that I will answer the questions that arise during the program, we will share experiences and I will also give out prizes. Don't underestimate the impact of small steps on lasting changes over time. Small steps become bigger ones and you get closer and closer to your goal. The body does not like extremes and drastic changes, so miracle ideas may initially seem like an easier and faster solution, but in the long run they do not work and the change is only temporary. 


Take a moment and think about what you would like to change/achieve in your health. Write these goals down so you can see them every morning. How would you like to feel and look?  I don't mean the number you see on the scale, but:

  • How physically active would you like to be?

  • Do you want to feel good about your body?

  • Do you wish you had more energy and a positive outlook on life? 


What you will be like in 10-20 years depends very much on the choices you make today and every day that follows. 


Of course, this program is especially nice if you do it with a friend. This way you can motivate each other and keep your "hand on the pulse". Do you have someone you know well who could join this program? Send him a link, so he can join us.
